These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Snowy Pines Lotto lottery ticket services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.3 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must promptly update your account information if it changes
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

1.4 One Account Per Person

You may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.

2. Our Services

2.1 Ticket Purchase Service

Snowy Pines Lotto acts as your authorized agent to purchase official lottery tickets on your behalf from licensed lottery corporations. We do not operate our own lottery draws.

2.2 How It Works

• You select lottery numbers and purchase entries through our platform
• We purchase physical lottery tickets from authorized retailers on your behalf
• We securely store physical tickets and provide you with digital confirmation
• We check results and automatically notify you of any winnings
• We process prize claims and distribute winnings to your account

2.3 Available Games

We currently offer access to the following Canadian lottery draws:

• Lotto 6/49
• Lotto Max
• Daily Grand
• Provincial lottery games (availability varies by location)

Game availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1 Ticket Prices

Ticket prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include:

• The official lottery ticket price set by the lottery corporation
• Our service fee for purchasing and managing tickets
• All applicable taxes

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Debit cards (Interac)
• Bank transfers
• E-wallets (where available)

3.3 Account Balance

You can deposit funds into your account balance for faster purchases. Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in these Terms.

3.4 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or other payment issues, we will notify you and the transaction will be cancelled. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to payment issues.

4. Winnings and Prize Claims

4.1 Prize Notification

We will notify you of any winnings via:

• Email to your registered email address
• SMS (if you've opted in)
• Account dashboard notification

It is your responsibility to maintain current contact information.

4.2 Small Prizes (Under $1,000)

Prizes under $1,000 CAD will be automatically credited to your account balance within 3 business days of the draw date. You can then:

• Use the balance to purchase more tickets
• Withdraw funds to your bank account

4.3 Large Prizes ($1,000 and Above)

For prizes of $1,000 or more:

• We will contact you via phone and email
• Additional identity verification may be required
• We will coordinate the prize claim process with the lottery corporation
• You may be required to claim the prize in person at a lottery office
• Tax documentation will be required for prizes over $10,000

4.4 Jackpot Prizes

For jackpot wins, we will:

• Immediately contact you by phone and email
• Arrange secure storage of the winning ticket
• Provide guidance through the prize claim process
• Coordinate with lottery officials for verification and payment

4.5 Unclaimed Prizes

You have 12 months from the draw date to claim your prize. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited in accordance with lottery corporation rules.

4.6 Taxes

Lottery winnings in Canada are generally not taxable. However:

• Interest earned on winnings may be taxable
• We are required to report prizes over $10,000 to the Canada Revenue Agency
• You are responsible for any tax obligations related to your winnings

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Our Commitment

5.2 Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limit increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining balance will be returned to you (minus applicable fees)
• Pending tickets will be processed and winnings paid out

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Snowy Pines Lotto or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
